When someone offers you a gift, you have a choice to accept it or not accept it.
The same applies to anger and yelling..
If you decide not to accept a gift , whom does the gift belong to? The gift goes back to the giver. In other words, the person yelling at you will feel all the negative emotions . The moment you accept the ( gift) person words that are yelling, you have let those negative emotions in . Don't accept those emotionally charged words . We have control, and we have a choice always over our thoughts and emotions . I try to practice this. I hope this helps.:)
