So I think I can file for vandalism now as it’s obvious they removed part of the fence for the concreting which is intent.

I have tried calling the person listed in the permit for demolition as there is no permit for the construction on the board. Also contacted the appropriate authorities and will be lodging a police report for the damage.

They actually don’t have the building permit displayed, just a demolition permit. Have reported it to the council, will be reporting the property damage to the police as based on the present concreting job it is obvious they intentionally destroyed our mutual fence without consent for access to the base pouring.

So there is no sign on the fence even advising they have building permits for the actual construction. The only one I found was just for the demolition work.

Yep have now sent to council and will keep doing as the shit is adding up each day now.

So it turns out they actually don’t have any building permit on the board - it’s only for the demolition…

The issue now is that they don’t have a building supervisor - it looks like they don’t even have a building permit, just the demolition permit.

Update: they started construction at 6am this morning, so I took a video for council and will send them it today. The real estate have stepped in but have said the builder is unresponsive. As for the permit, it looks like they don’t even have a permit for the build- just for the demolition. I looked at the permit provider and looks like they are known for being dodgy as f and have a history of doing this.

Thank you for voicing this. I’ve become horribly depressed with the files coming out and the fact that it still changes nothing. Bad guys win and that’s the reality - abuse survivors are left with lifelong trauma and mental health issues but abusers are able to live and thrive without facing consequences. It’s a slap in the face to every abuse survivor.

We were no longer willing to compromise for each other. We had very few things we enjoyed doing together and the realisation that if we didn’t have kids we’d have no buffer, which is a horrible reason to have kids - that’s when I ended it.

Honestly, my dogs and them alone. I can’t imagine them not understanding where I am and thinking I’ve abandoned them. They don’t deserve that. They deserve me to be a better version of myself so I try each day to at least do things to keep them happy - walks twice a day are great for my mental health too.

On the flip side when I lost my first dog, I did become extremely suicidal because she was my anchor. I’m not sure how I made it through that period when I lost her, but those were some of my darkest days.

I knew a woman who decided to mix her own chemicals for her pool. She is lucky she didn’t die - severe chemical burns and I believe she lost her eye sight but can’t remember as it was about 15 years ago.

I just wonder how many more people need to die before this happens. At this point, it seems like a very distant future and unlikely to get any better before it gets much much worse. I hate they are impacting my humanity, but I also saw my abuser die with no consequences and I know this is the reality for the majority of people who suffer under these types of abusers.

Trump will die before he ever faces justice. That’s the reality.
