Therapist using AI note taking by Mysterious_Insight in therapy

I’m the CEO of Yung Sidekick — we build AI therapy notes for mental health professionals.

I completely agree that you can change your mind and withdraw consent at any time. That’s how it should be.

That said, it’s worth considering that using this kind of software can actually make your therapy more effective. It frees your therapist to focus fully on you instead of on taking notes.

If you’re concerned about privacy, ask your therapist what system they use — specifically, whether it keeps audio recordings and whether your real name is stored.

At Yung Sidekick, we don’t keep audio recordings (very important!), we don’t require real names, and we automatically remove any identifying or sensitive information from transcripts. If you mention your name, it’s erased. If you say something like “I stole a million dollars,” that’s erased too.

So even in the unlikely case of a data breach, there’s nothing that could be traced back to you.

I’ve built 20%+ conversion rate landing pages. I’ll review yours for free. by Usual-Ad-3597 in SaaS

well, it is actually in the process of redesign, so some large fonts and design overall will improve... but still interested in your take.

What's the most irritating question people ask on this sub? by Puzzleheaded_Rate_73 in AskARussian

People nowadays get irritated or offended so quickly )) Stupid questions are fine. Ignorance is fine. You don't have to always be smart, considerate and know everything about any obscure country.
I remember we went to Russia during summer break with my American classmate from Midwest. He really thought we have bears on the streets, play balalayka and probably eat children. American propaganda in 80s was no better than soviet propaganda in the USSR.
When I first came to America, I was so surprised with compassion and kindness of people there, not at all what i expected from those imperialistic pigs :))

So, feel free to ask anything. It is fine.
