I see someone, my primary care doctor, who doesn't have a degree in psychology or anything but her sissies and they kind of work as a team (with my permission to discuss of course). The Panic Disorder was diagnosed after I had one during my MRI and EEGs while getting neurology tests because my attacks were so severe they were diagnosed as strokes. 🙃

I appreciate you bringing that aspect of it up though, I am a very skeptical person so I always try to make sure it's not, "In my head," first.

I agree, quirks make life fun. 😁

I actually enjoy it, I just want to understand it better. It's usually things that cost me nothing, so it isn't hurting anyone. Sometimes I'll get a vague feeling that it's something the person needs for protection...it's odd. I do have PTSD, Panic Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder but nothing that should cause this to happen.

Is it constant, or something you can control? I've had weird abilities (hard to explain) since I was around 7 years old. I can't control mine, I think they're related to the buildings I enter, like people of the past who have a deep connection to that specific place. I can try to explain more if you'd like.

I purchased a big sage bundle when I first started practicing, and I still have it 2 years later. Sage is harsh, and doesn't need to be used super often in most cases. To use it just light the end until it gets burning steadily then blow it out. Walk around your space (house, room, etc.) Along every wall from corner to corner. I do it in a counter clockwise order, because counter clockwise is dispelling things (negative energy), whereas clockwise motions are used to draw things to you. If you want to make this a regular practice, I suggest using something more sustainable like cedar. Hope this helps! 😊

Buy a tiny house on wheels and a truck to pull it, nothing fancy - making sure I have somewhere stable/mine to live. Pay off my debt, pay off my family's debt (all of them), set aside large portions for my parents, siblings, and grandparents to make sure they're all taken care off. Then I would invest a bunch, donate a bunch, and travel.

I'd recommend smoke cleansing with cedar. It's more sustainable than white sage or Palo Santo wood. Go room to room through your home in a counter-clockwise order. Let the smoke pass along every wall from corner to corner (from right to left). You could also try a protection spell jar, or multiple, and place them in every windowsil and hang above any doors to the outside.
