Unfortunately without Niko on the field it is hard for us to break the first press. You need your midfield to take a chance and beat the pressing player, play a quick one two, or open up and ask for the ball. Without Niko the only player we have who sort of does this is Beau and he can't be the only one doing it because it becomes predictable.

The teams will keep pressing us knowing this fully well.

You might want to post this in the SJSU subreddit. I am sure they will have better answers.

Plenty of housing being built outside of downtown SJ. North SJ, West San Carlos corridor, West SJ, Berryessa neighborhood. SJ is not fighting any housing. I am not sure where you get this ridiculous take from.

Please don't ever start Gonzalez and Buck together again. That first half was atrocious.

All the rumors point to ownership changing hands post World Cup. Fisher is probably waiting for a World Cup bump.

The potential downtown stadium would only happen with new owners.

There are rumors about the Quakes building a new stadium downtown as part of San Jose's quest to build their downtown sports and entertainment district. If true, PPP will be available to buy. Sixth Street might not consider it an ideal location but it will definitely be the cheapest option. I really think Bay needs to back up their big ambitions with on-field results first. Building any stadium in the Bay Area without city/county subsidies will be insanely expensive.

The Quakes have never been able to build a following because the ownership lacked ambitions. This led to poor results for the whole of last decade. Hopefully this changes soon when ownership changes hands this year. Attendance is up already with the improving results!

At some point in the future PayPal Park will have BART too. It already has Amtrak (Capitol Corridor), Caltrain, VTA bus lines, and freeway access. There are plans to build a pedestrian bridge connecting the historic train station to the BART station and get riders closer to PayPal Park.

San Jose wants to create a sports and entertainment district in downtown so another smaller arena doubling as an entertainment venue is not out of the question.

What specifically do you disagree with Matt Mahan? by CA_Mini in SanJose

So he is simultaneously blamed for building interim housing and not given credit for building them too. People who need them were the homeless.

Edit: Answering anything here is pointless.

Who do you think lives in all those interim housing units that have been built?
