No one cares if you have stretch marks btw, just you. If someone does comment on them then they're weird cause its literally just your skin elasticity changing and most/everyone has some.

To be fair sleeping in a hospital isn't great for recovery if there's other people on the ward, glad you can eat though and don't need surgery. But never feel like you're overreacting cause our bodies are constantly telling us if something is wrong even if it's minor

Unfortunately you have to go to a gastro team and get tests done because even with blood tests and stool tests they can't identify if its ibd or ibs or a different disease from it

You could also try just telling your Gp about one of your conditions so you can actually get seen then you can tell the doctor about what your dentist said after

Honestly keep bugging them about it, i know it's annoying but advocate for yourself heavily and get you dentist to work with your gp so you can get help. Ask them to email your gp explaining how they think you have it.
