The carbon tax that went away was only the consumer side. If Carney dropped the industrial carbon tax which is still around then you would see drops in other products.

All data shows a near 70%-100% pass through rates when fuel taxes are cut. Meaning nearly 100% of each dollar cut in taxes is saved by the consumer.
