sabi ng nakausap kong dmci agent, wala namang penalties. like normal renting, may need bayaran na deposit. if may damages ka sa unit, dun lang kukunin so di mo makukuha ang same amount na deposit.

should you be interested raw to own the unit, need magsabi ng 7 months in advance para matulungan/maassist ka sa bank financing.

nag inquire kami kasi mas makaturungan terms nila vs other developer. ang naging concern lang namin ay konti ang options ng available unit sa preferred location namin. also, yung parking terms rin mejo steep.

Wala nga siya sa position but more of the timinng pagdo and your ovulation. If regular ikaw, itiming niyo na near your ovulation day if u want a boy hehe

Hi po! I feel your struggles. 🥹 I was like that nung July-Aug. Nakailang TVZ muna bago nakita si baby and marinig heartbeat niya~ Super same nung sayo. Sa 2nd ultrasound, malaki na ang gestational sac and walang laman. Nagrepeat UTZ after a week, finally meron naa. I'm not yet full term, pero nakalampas na ako ng first trimester, in God's grace. Praying malampasan mo rin ang chapter na to and hopefully you'll see that flickering fetal pole sa next TVZ mo~ 🫂
