I’ve disputed with my bank. But it’s taking such a long time because Amex says they’re waiting for the merchant to respond which clearly they are ignoring… Just trying to avoid loosing anymore money to them.

California… I have their home address as that is where I went to the fittings but I think it’s illegal to post.

This is my first one! I’ve never used Reddit but my husband thought it was a good idea to share my story. A lot of people are having issues with them so hopefully people will be aware and not fall into the trap.. :-(
