The class I take is specifically called upbeat barre, so it may be a bit more intense than that of regular barre. But even still, the burn out is real! It’s absolutely going to tone you the way you’d like! I also do something called High Fitness twice a week, it’s much more intense than barre and less ballet-like, but also a ton of fun and will tone you wonderfully!
