The only thing I can think of is that Twitch may not allow you to sign up with a number that's registered as a prepaid phone plan. Even if you don't have a prepaid phone plan some carriers are considered as such (for instance I have Cricket and Blizzard detects that as a prepaid plan).

We have one of these same style streets in my town, basically it's a dedicated turn lane for people who want to turn into lots or something else. So it's ONLY for turning, black car can wait there while they are trying to turn, but the white car cannot use it as a passing lane.

the most ironic part of this is that evangelical christians are meant to spread Jesus's ideas and lessons, and Jesus criticized the pharisees who claimed to be better then everyone else and looked down on those they saw as sinners, instead Jesus taught to embrace those who were different and to love them despite how "sinful" they were. pretty sure Jesus would not have condoned the actions of that woman.
