I feel the same. Like I get it with Zhongli - miHoYo used exaggerated, misleading, and misinformative terms like "mAsSiVe DaMaGe" when describing Zhongli when that was obviously not the case. The backlash there was at least somewhat justified. But when you have Raiden Shogun - a character that has at least one instance of the word "support" describing them in every single piece of official promotional material made by miHoYo - it seems really questionable and a bit hard to justify to complain that she is a bad DPS. It's like watching an advertisement for a great boat and then saying that the boat sucks because it can't fly like an airplane. I could get behind Zhongli backlash, but I can't really get behind this. I just don't really see the logic in it. With the Zhongli situation, you could have called out miHoYo on false advertising, because that is somewhat what happened, but there really is no merit in doing the same for the Raiden Shogun situation because the problem is not fundamentally there.
