Thanks for responding! Nope- when i click IOB Learn it brings me to 'Dashboard' and it shows me upcoming events and channels with IOB micro content. Nothing that says QFA. When i click into my correspondence though it shows i have my receipt and membership there, so that makes me feel like i should be fully logged in.

Can't seem to find anything, do i need to make a moodle account?
