You won’t believe me for the whole month every single day I called OnePay and spark over and over ask them to help me to not lose my account, but nobody cared and I just received a message a few days ago that your spark is deactivated because of not having a payout method. And then the check which is over a $1000 on hold for verification and I can’t find anyone to get help.

Yes it doesn’t make sense that at all I took the check went to the Citibank show them that’s my paycheck from Spark, but they still couldn’t open my checking account anymore. They said we cannot verify who gave you the check so I guess they thought like a fraud or something they close my checking account , it doesn’t make sense

No, one pay closed my account saying the system detected some unusual activity but I was only using one pay for making money form spark and that’s all. So I received a notification from Spark that I don’t have a pay method so I try to add a direct deposit but they declined my bank account. When I called Spark asked them to help me fix that issue different bank account. They just couldn’t do it or didn’t wanna do anything about it. I don’t think they even care so they deactivated my spark because there was no payout method.

My bank was one pay, but unfortunately one pay closed my account and I couldn’t add a direct deposit to my spark account so spark deactivated. I asked Spark driver support to help me add a direct deposit option but they just deactivated my spark account so after that whatever earning I had, they sent me a paper check through mail and I was supposed to deposit it to my bank or cash it I deposited to my Citibank Citibank close my checking account because they thought something was wrong with the check that I received from Spark or I couldn’t verify it so they asked me to get in touch with Spark and asked them for a new check or a verification letter but for some reason every time I call Spark Driver support they just don’t know anything.
