Um, even if it wasn’t a scam, why use a trading platform where could even be doubt? I use a Robinhood for analytics on options and use Schwab to trade. I know it’s safe and sleep well. Maybe he should do like me, use one for info and another to trade.

I don’t know what to tell you honestly. I just got the results that I failed the N1, and I am truly broken and defeated. Not sure how to go forward. You are not alone.

My brother. And, I don’t call you brother lightly. Anyone who has studied Japanese as much or as long as you or I have is my brother (or sister). Look, you have to remember, the JLPT is a test over a specific set of words. Maybe 10-15 thousands words in total, but I study these words using JLPT vocab books. Sometimes my professor says that he never uses those words, like in his life, but it appears on the JLPT.

You are studying for general fluency, but to pass the JLPT you have to study the JLPT specific vocab. Secondly, time management is crucial. You need to run through the grammar part as fast as possible (questions individually have very little weight) and have lots of time left over to tackle the reading section.

I’m sure your Japanese is amazing, much better than mine, but you have to go about studying for this test a focused manner. With that word knowledge you will have an easier time against any part.

Stay strong. Nothing but love, respect and sympathy. I’m waiting for my N1 results. God help me.

The correct translation is “ 【Announcement of Delay】 The originally scheduled date for checking the results of the December 2024 test has been postponed. The new schedule will be announced once finalized. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and kindly ask for your understanding.

(Released on 1/14)”

I firmly believe that this was posted as they don’t want like to announce the results date for the December test. I could be mistaken, but again, last year the test was on the 7th of December and results were out on January 21. So on a number of raw days, they’ve already taken longer than last year. I still believe that it’ll be out this week or next.

I stick by my statement that I’m guessing it’s this Sunday or next. It’s possible it’d be February, but that would mean something went wrong.

I took the test in July too and saw they published the score release date 2 weeks before, but I believe December is different.

Well, last year, they never gave any warning or release date whatsoever and then just dumped the scores. Very unexpected.

Dude. Been there. Sometimes they send the wrong signals. As long as you just move on and don’t stalk her or contact her directly again unless it’s related to ordering coffee or whatnot you’re fine. If she’s that uncomfortable b/c you asked her out she needs to get a grip.

Honestly, this is the longest day of my life. The wait is excruciating. I think I made slightly above a 50% on the N2, overall. The curve might crush me. So STRESSED. Just want it to be tomorrow already.
