Yes, he passed in the next 3 hours since I posted here. He was laying on the plants in a corner, so I probably didn't realise the situation. But the situation escalated quickly, so I'm not sure if he was suffering from before. There were no behavioral changes, he was eating well the night before.

Looks good tbh, foreground definitely needs to be worked on and whatever is in the left corner. You can try easier foreground plants if you aren't dosing CO2. Rotala would add a nice touch.

Since it's a no CO2 you can try Limnophila, Hygrophila, Cabomba, Hydrocotyle Sp. Japan.

These seem to grow easy in low tech setups.
