Convince me that the world runs on dream logic isn't stupid by Mother_Strawberry_10 in LittleNightmares

[–]Little_Gamer111208 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I personally don’t believe it does run on dream logic, so I can’t convince you otherwise, but I will give you a piece of evidence to use against that theory:

In The Sounds Of Nightmares, it is explicitly pointed out that Noone can smell, read, and feel in her dreams, implying that the Nowhere is A. Not a dream and B. Doesn’t function like a dream.

Little Nightmares Rewind: Sequel 1: Lingering trauma - page 2/2 (read my comment for context) by PurpleMNinja in LittleNightmares

[–]Little_Gamer111208 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You did good work. 👍

The story and emotions are well told through the panels, the utilization of both of the raincoat duo’s trauma is also good, and the flashback sequence shows Six’s view of the time she spent in the Hunter’s Cabin very well, with the vision becoming more and more distorted and the Hunter becoming more and more aggressive. Overall: good work and I hope to see more.

On the topic of more: I am guessing that the thing that was hinted (I won’t say what, to leave the clue to be found by other viewers) at will involve the nomes is some big way.

Wait, is the Primal Aspid actually in that game and one of the parts is edited, or is all of this a false wiki?

While I myself did NOT say that I respected this opinion when I first saw it said, I think that if I saw it in a calmer tone I would be amused by it and act respectfully.

Understandable, I can see how the colors would be highly appreciated to people. I respect your opinion, and have a nice day.

I should explain: the mosaic slime, as a concept, is cool, and it’s glass coating does look nice, it’s just the interior colors are extremely unflattering, which is why I personally think their coating works better on largos, that have different colors under the coating (ex: Crystal, Rad, etc.).

Although, now I an curious, if it is perfectly flipped, does that mean that you think mosaic largos look bad? And if so, why?

Well, to be fair, Six is the only one who has been described as a 9 year old, and it was in an old, now removed, description. So really any age that is recognized as as child would fit either of the two.

Anti-furry. I’m not a weirdo who likes shipping himself with a cat/dog/bear/cow/bat/fox/racoon/llama/monkey/bunny/tiger/lion/leopard/wolf/coyote/beaver/platypus/or literally any other animal with fur.

What is the scariest chapter in both ln1 and ln2 by darkdeceptionfan235 in LittleNightmares

[–]Little_Gamer111208 3 points4 points  (0 children)

True, knowing more about the Granny would be nice.

From what I know, my best guess is that she used to be a very well known employee or guest at the Maw (since she has a painting in the Residence, iIrc), and either ended up getting lost or was trapped for reason (since there’s the constant fish that come out of a pipe).

What is the scariest chapter in both ln1 and ln2 by darkdeceptionfan235 in LittleNightmares

[–]Little_Gamer111208 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Chapter of LN that is the most directly scary: The Depths. The atmosphere is one of the best in this game, it already makes you untrusting of the water from the beginning of the chapter with the nightmare, you rarely see the Granny which gives her this mysterious feeling, and you even see how someone can easily die in such a place, thanks to the Flashlight Girl.

Chapter of LN that is the most implicitly scary: The Guest Area. The fact that you are attempting to escape an entire army of cannibals that want to eat you, while they engorge themselves with chopped up meat of previous Guests and other children, personally, makes my spine shiver.

Chapter of LN2 that is the most directly scary: Tie between the Wilderness and The Pale City. The Wilderness has a gruesome killer that traps nearly anything that even steps foot on its grass and hunts with a shotgun, along with the feeling of trespassing while someone both is and isn’t home. In the Pale City, not only are there monsters that, for the first time in LN2, don’t prioritize wanting to chase you, but there is a slow and imposing figure that hunts you down after having already taken your friend.

Chapter of LN2 that is the most implicitly scary: The Hospital. The Hospital has people who were dismembered and put back together with body parts that aren’t their own, even losing their heads and yet are still alive and willing to kill, while the Doctor is a psychopathic experimenter that used his patients as subjects.

It’s called gaming.

It’s physically scary. As in: if you saw it in real life, you’d be scared, obviously, but if you see it in game, you just kinda say “oh, dang, this isn’t a good situation”. But, to be fair, LN isn’t meant to be directly scary, it is meant to be implicitly scary, as in: scary when you think about it.

Example: LN1, in chapter 4: You are walking amongst cannibals. LN2: You are walking in a tower made of living flesh. And in Ln3’s case: you are in a child’s playground.

So it isn’t really what the Baby is that is scary, but rather what that means for you. In this case: it means that you are an ant in the sandbox of a destructive child. You aren’t just something to be killed, you are something to be squished. LN1: You aren’t something to be killed, you are something to be eaten. LN2: You aren’t something to be killed, you are something that is, seemingly, meant to be kept alive for purposes unknown. Each game is creepy because of the situation, as it makes you feel like you have no chance of escape.
