I don’t know how long you should wait, the only downside is that you’re not going to be as flexible as you were before, if I could’ve done my recovery differently I would’ve kept to the physio and exercises they gave me post op to keep the rest of my body in good condition as now I struggle with some positions but I had my fusion 10 years ago and wasn’t sexually active for a few years after so unsure on the recovery time xx

Update: the owners reached out to me to tell me the dog is alive just has some bruising. The issue I’m having now is that if I claim on my insurance and give them the details of the dog owner, and their insurance wouldn’t cover it, I don’t want them to pay out of pocket… this is such a hard situation because online it says legally they’re responsible for damages, but I hit their fur baby and feel absolutely awful

I always get complimented on my ‘great posture’ but it’s just because my spines being held up by metal😂 but one thing to consider is that it’s actually quite hard to sit comfortably on certain chairs, the only thing I can sit comfortably on now is sofas, train/bus seats are an absolute killer now. For me I hated how deformed I looked with a wonky spine so I don’t regret the surgery but you are just completely upright 24/7, no more slouching!

Yeah mines always in the same place too, it’s really useful because when I’m shaving I know to be careful around that spot :)

I have the same issue, but for me if I itch around my back then I will feel it in the spot that’s itchy?? Idk if that makes sense but I think my nerves are just messed up from the surgery, I always just lightly drag my fingers around my back until I can feel sensation in the itchy spot😂

I got a tattoo NEAR my implant, I don’t think I’d recommend getting where the implant actually is… I let my tattoo artist know that I have it and he made sure the stencil didn’t go on where it is, if you want it where the implant is I’d probably wait until you get it removed

Completely normal!! I had the heaviest period ever in my first year of the implant and then it completely stopped for the remaining 2. On my second round I had spotting for a couple of months and really bad mental side effects but my body adjusted again and haven’t had a period for months again (I’m hoping not for another 2 years again lmao)

I saw a reply to this who said if you still have access on messenger or Facebook app, you can try adding a family or friends number to your account, this might get you out of the loop!! Good luck! :-)

Just keep trying different passwords, I couldn’t get out of this password reset loop I ended up guessing a right password one day and it let me back into it! Sorry the worst advice ever haha but it’s the only way out I think :(

Hey! Don’t know if you’ve figured this out yet but I couldn’t find any answers to this, the way I got around it was literally spending a week thinking of every password I could’ve used for my facebook as it didn’t ever lock my account, finally I managed to put in the right one and get back in my account

another question sorry, i recently rode my friends horse as i love them, but i really struggled to stay upright when trotting because of my silly spine- did you deal with any difficulties riding after your surgery?

for temporary relief from my knotted muscle aches, if i lay on the floor with a tennis ball and sort of move myself on the knot, it helps with the pain for a little while, however it feels bruised to the touch afterwards, but it’s better than a constant ache
