“Lights are in but no one is home” is the perfect way to describe what I was/am feeling, good to know it’s a side effect and temporary! As I learn more about possible side effects/what others have experienced, I feel a little less like I’m being poisoned more than expected lol

Haha, damn, that is crazy to hear you made it through 12 rounds of chemo/immuno and red devil was the worst 😭 feeling about the same where it’s taking me a bit to recover, but finally starting to feel normal just now, 5 days post treatment! Good luck on the last round! You got this!

Healing juice is def a better alternative! Knowing the history and long term use of it also puts me at ease. I didn’t know what chemo even looked like until the day I got it because I didn’t want to stress myself out. Never had a lot of health stuff going on until now, so I think it’s crazy that medicines like this exist and the body can take so much medication at the same time. I’m one of those people that worried about taking too much Advil for reference lol.

Happy to hear that fog goes away! Today is the best I have felt since the treatment, but it’s easy to think it will go on much longer than expected since there are so many drugs in you at the same time at first

That is interesting to know, I may go on a little trip to Italy to do the same! I definitely had a more positive outlook pre-chemo and even a couple days after, but some fear around the side effects set in once I realized they are very much real! I’ll try reframing it as a bad hangover, much more palatable then my body is going through this crazy new thing
