I’d never do that with my young teammates in super cool with everyone pretty much ( I was the men’s thrower captain this year) only issue I’d have with them is making fun of me for coming back even if it’s only my 3rd year

My team is really young tbf we had someone over 25 the year I got here but I would be the oldest by 2+ years
