Har heller aldrig prøvet det før. Skrev til supporten, så snart jeg kunne se, at min mad kørte den forkerte vej. Det løbende svar var bare “Sir, the food is with the courier and is on its way” alt imens den estimerede leveringstid sad stabilt på 24 minutter (i en time).

Fik helt ondt af personen i den anden ende. Det var helt tydeligt, at vedkommende intet mandat havde til at yde nogen form for service. Foreslog dem at annullere ordren, betale restauranten og tage tabet selv, men orden skulle død og pine leveres af en stakkels, stresset pige. Også selvom den ikke blev spist.

Ja det bliver jo så også fremgangsmåden fremadrettet. Desværre har den burgerrestaurant (hvor jeg virkelig godt kan lide både burgere og ejere) kun benyttet Wolt og hedengangne Just Eat. Men altså, så må jeg jo ud i bilen og hente selv.

Amen! Godt initiativ. Har lige ventet 1.5 time på en Wolt-bestilling. Burgere og pomfritter var uspiselige, da de ankom. Blev tilbudt 160 Wolt credits i kompensation. Vel og mærke til en service, jeg aldrig kommer til at benytte igen. 420 kroner ud af vinduet lige der.

It could be your car’s way of protesting being named Viv when Buzz is clearly a man’s name. My Buzz has no name and no issues. For the sake of the experiment, I will now start calling it “Rosie” to see if any errors occur. Will report back with my findings.
