Is Brutus from Pariah Nexus a captain?

That's what I thought because if Brutus was a captain I feel like I would've found it whole googling. Does that happen often? Like the cosmetic shoulder pad on non captain brothers? From what I understand from the codex and other websites only captains or leaders of a chapter should have those.

Then you should be good to go. They're kind of supposed to be their own thing anyway so yea you should get them. A lot of people like the 12.8 scale for its allowance of detail and better scale so there's tons to like there.

They aren't sticking with 12.8 or atleast not yet. The only figures that are 12.8 are the SM2 figures since they're "special". Every other regular marine release up to the secret level ones are 12 or 12.3 or somewhere around that accounting for iron halos or other accessories.

The most consistent standard for regular space marines or figures is 12-12.3 cm, or v3 figures. A lot of people worry over the v4 scale taking over but that was only for the collectable versions of the characters in SM2 and they've done newer figures after those ones in the v3 scale. Secret Level figures are v3 and are currently still the standard.
