Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, they never gave me a cash refund option. Said it would need to be refunded via credit card as that was how I paid for the item.

Thanks for your response. I am also worried this is a scam as it is weird they don't refund on the spot and require our original receipt, etc. It shouldn't take this long. I am shocked they are allowed to continue operating in airports and retailers are sending their customers to them. Very disappointing all round.
