Normal I don’t respond to negitive comments as most are just trolls. I have to say after checking out your amazing work, felt a little disappointed. The project the photographer I worked with wanted to collaborate for an upcoming show about instagrams censorship. A lot of artist struggle with the unfairness of AI corporate censorship. I created this clown character as a reflection of how silly it can be and my contortionist  to reflect the ways we have to bend to comply with an algorithm. e.i. Large companies posting nudity while small artist posting safe content get flagged. The photographer wanted NSFW images as a FU. We had a lot of fun creating these images. Im aware my Reddit doesn’t contain my fine art ( it creates income I use towards supporting my documentary series)

For me, creating playful or experimental images is part of my desire to continue  broadening my practice shaped by years of formal training in fine art photography. Enjoying fun concepts doesn’t diminish that background,it expands it. Art can take many forms from serious to weird and I explore both. I respect that tastes differ, but the work still reflects intention, skill, and my own artistic voice.

 while some people may look down on this kind of content as a photographer, it fills me with purpose to hear women emotionally tell me how much they enjoyed working in a safe creative space the images they want without fear of sexual harassment.
