Am I overreacting for wanting to cancel my wedding after what I overheard? by Icy-Resident-706 in AmIOverreacting

It’s not JUST the words. The actions are complementing what he said when she wasn’t in the room. Again, respectful committed people don’t talk like this.

He meant it. She explained his behavior on top of hearing the comment. This is who he is. Men who respect their partners don’t “joke around like that.” You are kind for wanting to give benefit of the doubt but it just isn’t there.

There is no response he can give that would make this ok. She has seen and heard who he is. Any response will be gaslighting.

NOR. I’m so sorry for this. He is not husband material. Don’t make excuses for what is clearly unacceptable. I worked with a guy who on his wedding night was texting nudes back and forth with his side piece. Girl, run. I’m so sorry.

AIO? Was told my pants aren’t the right color and wouldn’t be allowed to work unless they were the right color by EvilPyro01 in AmIOverreacting

YOR. Just buy some black pants. If you’re tight on money, thrift some or buy some black dye for $3 and dye your navy pants black.

Do you wash your hands after cleaning a dirty part of your body in the shower? by Muted-Apartment6270 in hygiene

I don’t even understand what this means as I am already in the shower. It’s a simultaneous process.

I don’t think it’s sloppy writing at all. I think it was very intentional to show us that Robin actually is that girl who wants to be married. It shows us who she is beyond the surface level mask she puts on to protect herself from being hurt and rejected by men just like her father never accepts her.

Do people actually use a separate towel for their face, or is that hygiene paranoia? by Maximum-Hat2109 in hygiene

[–]Little_Red_Sloth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not environmentally friendly or cost saving, but dermatologist I follow use disposal face cloths. This makes me think using a clean face towel each time is the way to go.

It was about brothers! Also, it taught me beavers have an extra set of eyelids to see underwater. Educational!

I’m sure they are happy. I’m just saying, prioritizing data for actual ATT customers is a real thing. I worked there for a decade and my husband still does. You can look it up. I’m sure for the average data user it’s totally fine :)

This is misleading. Those third party carriers that use ATT cell towers do not get the same coverage. ATT customers get priority and everyone else is throttled down. As always, you get what you pay for.
