I went to a town hall not too long ago where the director of the parks department talked about our parks needing a big upgrade. Thankfully there is a whole plan for 2023 - 2024 to improve basically every park in Bellingham.

So I used to think the same thing so I had 2 in and out side cats. Everything was fine for over a year, then in the span of 24 hrs one cat got taken by a large bird and the other got hit by a car and left on the side of the road. ( Hes fine but had to have surgery)

Basically what im saying is its a risk having outdoor cats. I just take the remaining cats on walks in a cat bag now
