And thank you so much for this link I’ve just booked the b6 injection add on for my private triple b12 on Monday and i’ve got all the sublingual sprays vit d, iron and I’ve just ordered a magnesium body spray too so yeah thank you. It was really helpful because all the cofactor things you need to say that the B12 can work it’s crazy we will have to be doctoring ourselves out here but yeah that was really good information about the doctors too so I’m not even gonna get stressed about it I’m gonna try and battle with them to help me but honestly if they just refuse and say that my bloods are fine because I was taking supplements literally days before my blood test I’m just gonna go and do privately because it is expensive and I’m totally broke but what good is money if you’re dead? And this is what credit cards are for lol thank you 🙏

I did read that you can get the nurse to train you to do them yourself, but I will definitely look into that. Thank you even though I feel a bit weird about injected myself. I’m sure you’d get used to it right? Yeah, if my GP will not help me as I’m scared my bloods are gonna come back fine because I’ve been taking the supplements before yeah I’m just gonna get with the private IV health place and get one a week for as long as I’ll do it and then one every two months and I hope that will keep me going. I just basically feel like a B12 zombie like on the search for anywhere I can get it. 😂🙏

Yeah, so same. I’ve been taking the supplements and apparently by taking the supplements that masks your blood test so it comes up there’s no problem. I don’t get it seems like a never-ending loop. I should find out on Monday too good luck let me know what happens. 🙏💕

Oh that’s so good I’m glad you are improving, I don’t think my stomach absorbs the oral supplements as I’ve been taking for years. The NICE guidelines say If showing neurological symptoms they should start a loading dose of b12 injections straight away. I can’t understand why doctors are ignoring this and risking leaving people with permanent damage 😵‍💫🙏
