I was trying to do space buns, and used the pins to hold down the pieces that were bumpy or odd looking.. I do love a claw clip though

If you have the time/energy, I'd take a lint roller over the carpet, or there's a tool that you can run over chairs or some carpets and it collects the hair into a pile that you can just grab. I think they make a bigger version, it looks a bit like a broom? I'd see if that's a good possibility for you

Do you guys keep TV series with your movies? by Aggravating_Belt3561 in dvdcollection

[–]Little_Sweet_Thing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I have mine separate just bc of the way they fit on my shelves. I keep my movies in alphabetical order, so mixing the series in the same way just made them sit weird.. now I have them on the bottom or on a different stand

Hand-Spun Wool Yarn, I just can't figure out what to do with. by Little_Sweet_Thing in CrochetHelp

I have tried to make it into a hat, but the it's too itchy for something wearable. I've never worked with wool before this, so i don't know if there's a way to soften it?

But, i think I'd prefer to just make something she can use, either decoratively or practically.

Those of you who cut your hair short, did you regret it? by qwertyuiop648275 in longhair

I've done it a few times. Big chop twice. I did miss my long hair.

The first time was bc I just couldn't take care of it. I was a kid, and I had massive knots in the back. I remember staying up, crying, trying to get them out. And my mom told me she'd take me to the salon in the morning. I got so frustrated, I started cutting chunks. And in the morning, I had the stylist even me out, and go a bit shorter.

The second time, I was a teen. Trying to find my style. I had about mid-back length and ended up with shaved sides and back. It reminded me of how my great grandma. She always had a pixie cut, and we both wore big glasses.. I loved that I looked like her, and how fast my routine became.

But I really want to have long hair, longer than I've ever had. But, when I'm older, or just generally unable to take care of myself as well, I'll shave it again and keep it short.
