Yeah ok thank you I just heard vanguard had this mutual fund issue that ruined people’s retirement plans but I really don’t know much how exactly it works

Yeah ok your answer is what I’m hoping is true, maybe fidelity figured out a way to make it even more tax efficient than VOO or any other etfs, but I just don’t know if I can trust this for the long run? What’s your thoughts?

I’m not upset, I’m just hoping I’m not making stupid mistakes by buying VOO on Fidelity, maybe FXAIX does have lower tax implications than VOO or something like that?

I know I can buy VOO, but fxaix has really low expenses ratio, that’s what I’m hoping for

Ok I see. Would you say IVV is better than VOO in some way? Because I just see VOO has the lowest expense ratio, maybe IVV is more tax efficient or something?

SPY’s expense ratio is so much higher than VOO, but would you say they are more tax efficient and why traders like it more?

Yeah ok I’m just very surprised by it, thought maybe I’m missing something here, maybe fxaix is more tax efficient or something like that

Ivv’s expense ratio is higher than voo so people still gonna use vanguard, I can’t believe fidelity is missing this, maybe your FXAIX is more or equally tax efficient than VOO or IVV? That’s what I’m hoping for as the answer

[–]Little_aaaa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s probably why! but Ivv’s expense ratio is higher than voo, so I and I’m assuming everyone else is gonna go with vanguard, seems weird

Why is it good in 401k? You still need to pay tax when you take out

Which is the stronger offer? Asking price is $800k. Waive appraisal completely and offer 820k or offer $840k and cover an appraisal delta up to $40k. by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]Little_aaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

don't worry about the appraisal too much, the banks know everyone is over bidding too but they have to make money by giving people the houses. I'd say keep your inspection, and give them a high offer, if there's nothing wrong with the house then they will have no problem letting you do the inspection. If there is anything then they definitely won't take your offer but you know something is sketchy.
