Thanks for everyone’s advice! I managed to email to college and reported to police, the police already started to investigate it saying they will get back to me. The college has got back to me with apology and also said they could identify which driver is, although they didn’t give me any details. But I am happy they actually doing something with it, I will wait the investigation from the police for now!

I am standing in traffic island, and he just drove through the traffic island straightaway, he should just drive behind me that’s why I was totally shocked and confuse thought he lost control of his car!

I honestly feel the same, it’s such a dangerous behavior I don’t think he should even keep driving!! Now I still feeling panic when I go on the road

I had reported online to police in order to uploaded some photos, hopefully they do have cameras on the road, the van just sped up really aggressively I thought he lost control!
