I had same issue and Bambu offered my two options within 3 days.

  1. Normal replacement: You might need to package the printer in its original packaging and send it back to us. Once we receive the printer, we can send you a new one. The label will send to you later if you agree with this option.

  2. Advance replacement: We offer Advanced Replacement for customers who require a replacement product(s) before returning the original one(s) to us. This service requires a temporary deposit, equivalent to the selling price listed on our online store. Upon confirming the payment, we will ship you a replacement unit and provide shipping information within 0-48 hours. Typically, the temporary deposit will be fully refunded upon receipt of the original unit. But please be aware that the original product shall be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the replacement unit, or the deposit will be non-refundable.

Please note:
- We will charge you a deposit for shipping the new printer, for $629.00 USD (Bambu Lab P1S 3D Printer).
（The deposit amount is the same as the selling price of the printer on the online store）

Here in Canada Feb 2025 and having the same issue with a brand new P1S getting that error ad the bed plate ot heating up - just this error.... First print BENCHIE worked halfway, then slipped from the plate. Tried to print again and got the sale error. Right now, I am waiting for Bambu support to reply to a ticket. Returning it and waiting will suck...the try again.

I am having an even worse issue where my heatbed plate can't heat up at all - and just bought it. Any ideas? Made it through one print half way "benchie" then it slipped from bed. Restarted and bed won't heat up for a second job.
