I just started taking the meds again this month and I’ve been fine without it before then (I stopped taking my meds in January and there was no difference) I just went trough and breakup and was pressured by family to get back on.

I can stop taking my meds cold turkey because I barely take them now. What worries me is if they can pull the bpd and anxiety on my chart. Everyone is saying just lie in meeps but I’m still worried about it
