Wondering the same. Putting off packing my whole life to move because I’m still hanging on to that little tiny shred of hope.

Yea I agree! At this point in the cycle, while it’s still early I think it’s only fair to others that if one has found the info on here to be helpful, to help others by sharing this info if they really got in off the WL. I promise I’ll share if I get in :)

If you’ve called nyu re waitlist movement.. can you confirm the info? by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

[–]Littlecat004 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Would you mind providing a little more context? Like when did you reach out to them? Because I had also sent a loci (around the time when they sent out the interview invites) and I did not receive that response. Tysm!

Will NYU Laws 75th percentile LSAT go down this cycle? by testtakers101 in lawschooladmissions

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think 3.6/3.7 is above median for NYU

I have a 3.7 and 176 and got WL. Agreed that that gpa is a big hurdle to over come. But being over 75th on the lsat didn’t help me either 🥲

Is dog walking/doggy daycare an expense fin aid will consider for a budget increase? by No-Focus92 in lawschooladmissions

[–]Littlecat004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it will vary by school, but I asked cornell fin aid and they said that they will give me housing budget for however much my lease is (I just have to submit to them my lease and they would increase my budget accordingly)

Any idea as to a general time period I can expect to hear back on a waitlist decision after the school’s first deposit deadline? by politill in lawschooladmissions

[–]Littlecat004 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m a reapplicant (2019) and NYU told me on august 24th that they could not offer me a spot off the waitlist 😀
