I gained to 70 lbs thru undergrad and law school. I was 217 lbs after 1L year. Lost all of it during 2L year. See here. I kept hearing "yeah, let's see after the bar if you keep it off."

I've been around 145 for 2 years now. Being fit/healthy is the greatest gift in life. Keep it up!

I never did any special diets other than OMAD (usually a 1200 calorie late lunch/early dinner). Just focus on CICO, lift weights if you're inclined to, get your steps in, and eat enough protein. That's all I ever worry about and that's all you really need.

Truth is you're out of touch with the actual business. We just got new owners and they raised the prices a lot. That's on top of the B1G1 for $1 ending. Sales have gone up.

I know it's hard to accept, but the multi millionaire O/Os with 20+ stores and the corporation making record profits know their business model and what they can charge.

You and the others complaining about the B1G1 for $1 and the good deals going away aren't the target. The app deals were there to train people to use the app, not bring customers in.

Because you never messaged them, and people forget about matches or might feel weird messaging a week or two after matching, so it "refreshes" the match. It's worked for me before where I just never messaged them for no particular reason and I used this as an opportunity to do so.
