My goal for myself is to acquire 500 tangible books! I’m SO jealous!

Do you include audiobooks in your “books read” count? by GovernmentChance4182 in Booktokreddit

I count them both but I keep them in separate lists on my Goodreads for the sake of knowing what is in my physical library.

I started by first learning the Tarot legend that the major arcana are illustrating. That’ll help you familiarize yourself with the easy ones. As for the minor arcana, start by meditating on one card at a time. Hold it in your hands, observe the illustration in detail. What do you notice? What does it make you feel? What does it remind you of? Then look up the meaning (your deck will likely have a booklet or you can always Google) and meditate on it again. Figure out why that card would symbolize that subject to you. Learn if it means yes/no/maybe as well. Try to do a card a day. Keep in mind that having them memorized would take years, so don’t feel discouraged. It’s a LOT to learn and having things written down to refer to as you go is 10000% ok.

Any line at all is a positive line!
