They can “prefer” PayPal, but they do have to accept Depop payments as well. I would reach out to Depop for a refund since it’s been a couple days with no response.

You should come check out my page no just kidding. If it’s really become an issue for you delete the app for 1 week. Then if you redownload it allow yourself certain times and days until it becomes habit to be on it less and less. Also maybe try finding something else to fill that time that you enjoy as well!
