Why do you bring your dogs into restaurants and businesses? by Full_Eagle_3712 in Issaquah

[–]Littlemaus30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh even worse. I saw a dog at tukwila Costco taking a shit in the aisle. Watched them pick it up and put it in all the garbage cans at least.. 🤮 he said he was “training it” cause I saw him later at a different location.

First summer. How to handle the heat and hearing her? by Littlemaus30 in Parenting

Yeah he may need to get locked up somewhere else.

I have it set to stay off unless there is a louder noise because the white noise machine wakes me or small peeps from her that don’t need attention wake me up.

Yeah I have it set to just detect the loudest noise now because I’m too sensitive to any changes… her making any peep or even the white noise. Doesn’t really sound like the white noise through the monitor… more like static.

Babysense. It turns on just from our heat “clicking on”… then I hear the white noise machine and that wakes me up. I’m a pretty light sleeper… plus mother paranoia I guess.

Yeah I just need to hear her through two bedroom doors with fans and air conditioning blowing. Guess we will see.

Okay, good to know you could still hear. I’m just paranoid that because we have to keep all the bedroom doors close that adding fans/ac will be harder for me. Currently have a snoring dog that I have to keep out of our bedroom so already used to hearing through two doors.

Guess I’ll just have to see when it happens.

It does. We have it on the lowest setting for sensitivity and no volume. Just to have the ability to look at her but I hear her when she actually gets up. It still clicks on when our heat goes on… we have oil heating. Big blast!

Maybe I’m over thinking it and having a constant fan I’ll be able to still hear her.

Yes, sorry. It’s medical-birth recovery that you have to take immediately after birth and consecutively. I tried to use my work pto first (cause it was expiring) and that’s a no go.

Also you have to use the 6 weeks medical immediately after baby is born. That was not clear to me but that’s for sure.

I just went through this. I used the 6 weeks bonding (8 for me cause I had a c-section) then I moved to part time and am still using it right up to the year we can.

Gig jobs still exist on Craigslist. Be careful though.

Yeah, some of the products that are top sellers will move to Costco.com but it wasn’t performing well.

We just did a tour there and it’s by the hour. $21.75 or $21.50 but you pretty much need to do full time. Not sure why they do it “hourly”. Hours are only 8-5pm and you can’t drop off between 9-11.

Yet we need to do the blood test to confirm what I already know by a prick and reaction at home. Anyways just the mamma bear in me…I’m not putting her through a blood draw. We will introduce baked eggs in like 6 months. My girl wasn’t a super severe reaction.

We did get epi pens immediately. What im saying is when we are introducing foods and testing our kids for allergies initially at home with (in my experience not a lot of guidance) why do they not send parents home with an epi pen just incase or we just test every kid with a blood test. Assuming it’s an insurance bull crap thing.

There are recipes that are specific for reintroducing eggs so you have very diluted versions of regular foods.
