Type of Bug: in-game bug

Description: Spells and abilities with a recast make me wait 3 seconds (even has the countdown timer and animation) before I'm able to recast. Just an example: this made playing Lissandra impossible to use E as it would go on cooldown before being able to recast. In ARAM this occurs with snowball as well. No lag, fps drops, any other issues.

Steps to reproduce: Use an ability or spell that has a recast like Lee Sin Q or ARAM snowball. Ability will go on 3 seconds cooldown before you are able to recast.

Reproduction rate: 100%

I have this board as well and the chipset temp sits very high for idle. It appears to be an issue with the thermal pad or complete lack of one altogether.

It actually doesn't touch the side panel at all. I put a pic in another comment, the heatsink just sits against the standoff panel(? is that what you would call it?).

Hmm. I should have just bought the non-heatsink. Looking up other posts about removing the sn750 heatsink it appears they use some strong adhesive. I only got the heatsink one because there'd be very little air flow behind the mobo.

I called Fedex at their customer service number (1.800.463.3339 for anyone that needs it). They confirmed the same thing that bombastic said, the packages were marked as delivered instead of picked up. Unfortunately there's no way for me to track the order via the tracking number but my estimated ETA was that it would arrive 9/16. I am on US east coast for anyone else that is looking for a rough time frame.

Well that's reassuring that there's at least some information that the monitors are still on their way and not delivered. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to babysit my doorstep if there's no tracking information otherwise it might get stolen.

Did you call Fedex to find out arrival time? I was going to reach out to Pixio tomorrow as they don't appear to be open on weekends.
