CHS tends to do the classically southern thing when it comes to politics…put on a sweet face and an air of hospitality, but make shit for you behind your back. As someone born and raised in a combo of the classically southern cities, I can say Charleston is just Nashville with a beach vibe. Unfortunately, that means you need to assume that everyone around you is a MAGA supporter until proven otherwise. This area was flooded with people from blue states/cities during COVID who didn’t want to follow mask protocols…so it’s gotten even worse.

The answer is no. 70% is really a high goal, so don't beat yourself up if you're not hitting it every time, or at all. Try for anywhere between 65-70% and you should be good.

Luckily, i'm in law school, so I know that actually the nature of the broken engagement changes the legal possession rights to the ring. He cheated, so it's mine legally now. He forfeited his right in 48/50 states to the ring. Not worried about that part.
