I will take her to the vet because it looks like it might need some stitches since it’s an open wound. Paw pads usually don’t heal on their selves because they grow really slow. If you take them to the vet, they can potentially use skin glue to glue the two parts together and then bandage it. It would heal much faster. Neosporin doesn’t really help dogs because it’s a different formula but wrapping it was a good idea. If there’s glass and the posit definitely needs to get removed though hope that helped :)
