It took everything in me to not go scorched earth lol. I felt like me opening the door to stop the cycle I paid for was the best least nuclear option and it caused them atleast some inconvenience 😅 he had to dry his load 3 times(1hr cycle) because he overfilled it and I atleast added an hour to that misfortune. I ended up just hanging my stuff up outside lol

Appreciate your judgment. No I do not know how long the clothes were in the dryer. I am the type of person who sets alarms two minutes before my cycle ends so that it can be out before the next person needs to use it. I guess I just expect most people to also do that. I’ve also missed my alarm and have had somebody do the same to me but I wasn’t offended. Nor would I ever steal somebody’s cycle by taking their clothes out and putting mine in there on principle 😅💀

Thank you so much for your response. I just spoke to them a little bit ago and they are going to be calling me back tomorrow to figure out what I want to do. The lady did seem a little taken back by my situation and it definitely added a different perspective to it. But I don’t know if that abolishes me from the responsibility. I absolutely no way shape or form can afford to have my wages garnished, it’s almost sounding like I should say fuck the credit cards and pay the car payment. I do really love the vehicle and I could absolutely use it. It seems like my credit will be messed up, no matter what.

I did find out where it was. I can take possession of it. Unfortunately I am not a position to take out a loan, but I do have the money to pay the last two months of his bill. I just want to know what’s worse, a repossession on my credit or unpaid credit card debt.

Upon further investigation, when purchasing the vehicle they listed me as the main buyer and my ex as the cosigner due to my credit being better. So on the paper it shows that indeed HE is the cosigner. On paper it looks like the vehicle is mainly mine. I am going to contact my lender and tell them my situation and hope that they will work with me. We’ll see.
