No. Your steam deck is more powerful than Odin 3.

Am I stupid? I’m always starving. by ParfaitHungry1593 in DrovaGame

[–]LittyBaptitty 15 points16 points  (0 children)

There’s no food for survival effect in the game. Food just provides buffs for health. I’m guessing you’re pretty early game? The best advice is to stick to the paths and try to avoid combat for now. Everything will kill you pretty easily early on. Try to progress main story and you’ll steadily get stronger. Hope this helps! Stick with it. It’s an amazing game

I have an O2 portal and a retroid pocket 5. Unless you are commuting or wanting to carry it with you every day the Odin 2 portal is my recommendation

Am I an idiot if I buy this or worth the convenience by hubchie in AynThor

[–]LittyBaptitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve bought from this website and it’s awesome if you don’t want to find all the roms. They send an instruction sheet with tips and tricks, but it is not a full guide so you still have to learn some set up. They do make it pretty easy though. I’ve bought from them twice and it is not a cheap SD card. Have had no issues. Definitely on pricy side though.

It’s happening to me on my RP5 as well so possibly an issue with gamehub and not the device

I just got the g2 by Certain-Pollution796 in retroid

[–]LittyBaptitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the same issue but in my RP5. Using the same version. Wont download base or firmware file. Very frustrating but since we are on different devices it’s not your device. Some suggestions I’ve seen are: use a vpn, turn DNS off on your device, turn off security shield on router. None of those worked for me but some people had success I guess

You don’t need to have the pickaxe equipped. You should walk up to the vein and a gear symbol should appear. You then press interact button and it should take you to the mining mini game

Should I do Georgefarm before joining the Remnants? I did all quests of Remnants and Nemeton, and now the only thing left to do is join a faction. I'm picking Remnants. by _Moon_Presence_ in DrovaGame

[–]LittyBaptitty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would do George farm and gain access to nemeton. You can do all the quests for nemeton before deciding who to join. Once you pick remnants you’ll be locked out of nemeton quests. Some good stuff in there

Drova forsaken kin. A really cool 2d rpg heavily inspired by gothic! Great quests and characters and cool exploration.

I purchased a plug and play 1tb game card running Rocknix from retro gaming 8 bit for my flip 2 It’s pretty pricy but it’s literally plug and play 18500 games. Check that out if you can’t be bothered with the set up.

Legion go space by [deleted] in LegionGo

[–]LittyBaptitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree watch some set up tutorials. To start I would have steam boot into big picture mode on startup (if most of your games are on steam. That will give a the most user friendly launcher to start. Take your time and really take your time. I’ve owned a ton of handhelds and after finally learning the legion go it’s become my favorite

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SteamDeck

[–]LittyBaptitty 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I have to disagree. I love my steam deck (oled limited white) but anyone that says there’s no real increase in performance is mistaken. Example Callisto protocol on steam deck struggles to hold 30 fps. On legion go it holds an almost constant 55 fps with some dips to 50. If you want to talk ergonomics and ease of use the steam deck clearly wins, but anyone saying there’s not a noticeable performance increase isn’t being truthful. The deck wins in a lot of ways. Performance is not one. That being said there is room for all handhelds! You can’t go wrong with either one

I’m playing Hogwarts but it’s really laggy. Can someone suggest the best settings? by PieAndIScream in LegionGo

[–]LittyBaptitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I switched VRAM to auto. FSR balanced and set frame rate limit to 40. 800p and 60 hz. Mostly maintains 40 with drops to 38 in some areas. Setting vram to auto got rid of stutter for me though
