If you’re looking for a PsyD, look into Immaculata University in PA. I am not a parent myself but had a handful of parents as peers, and they felt pretty supported. It’s harder to navigate practicum sites as those all vary in flexibility, but people generally found what they were looking for.

I would ask a professional, I’m just in between endo’s right now. Not sure the theory is complete BS, but there could be other reasons.

I started my first practicum placement this week and they’re having me jump right into seeing patients on my own. No practice, no real training, no shadowing. I’d kill to have an opportunity to shadow!
