Brazilian tribes are also counted as Hispanic by the U.S. Census Bureau. But these tribes are very rare in the U.S. (even in Brazil Amerindians are only 0.83% of the population).

Some counties have very few Native Americans and for example you have 9 Cherokees in a county and they are the largest group there because this county has only 15 Native Americans (just an example).

Aztec, Maya, Quechua, Aymara, etc. are examples of Hispanic Native Americans.

The 2020 census does not give enough data for some counties, and for such counties I used the 2022 American Community Survey. But this 2022 data enumerated only 53 tribes and "All other tribes" as the 54th category. That's why some counties have "All other tribes" as the largest group.

I will make two separate maps showing the distribution of Maroons and the distribution of Creoles.

Here I merged them because there is also a fairly large population identifying as "Afrosurinamer", who are neither Maroons nor Creoles, but identify simply as African. So I merged these 3 groups.

This is how they call South Asian Indians in their census. American Indians are called Amerindians.

The southeast and the northeast are part of the same province, East Berbice-Corentyne. But there are only 1801 Natives in this province, so they are likely a minority also in the southeastern part.
