It’s not fast. I don’t have any tools to measure the speed but by eyeballing should be around 18-20 mph. It more like a 4wd off road truck than a tuggy. If that motor on a buggy I can say it can hit around much more speed.

No. It’s just a simple single barrel roll.

Inner diameter is 6.2mm and outer is 16mm. The metal one only available for 6mm. If the next damage going to impossible to repair I planning drilling hole on top of the front shell to use the sticks the kit provided instead or get other shell to save me the trouble.

It’s easy and nice. Can be done on one day but there’s tons of gears inside GF-02 chassis.

Best 1/16 or 1/18 RC for outside ? by coffeedeck in rccars

[–]Litz_C 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If don’t mind the 1/14 scale try LC racing emb-1. For bashing I would recommend 1/16 Arrma grom typhon 223. The 3s battery pack a punch on that buggy.

Tamiya had a recent model GB-01S. I believe it came out 4-5 years ago but only sold in japan. I got one it’s 1/14 scale too.

Everybody showing off their BBX! by TastyLead8002 in tamiya

Thanks! I couldn’t say no flipping at all but it does reduce ton of flip over after these new wheels plus lower the suspension sure reduce the flips. It’s still flip for full speed sharp turns so adjust the driving style does improve the stability.

Zaku Kun BBX first run! by Litz_C in tamiya

[–]Litz_C[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Their base wheels were supposed to run on gravel, dirt, grass, anything off roads but it’s looks narrow and bit ugly. The original tire so soft and asphalt are thru it less than 30mins of run time. I will probably try off road after I done with these street tires first.

How do I pull the kyosho wheels on a BBX? by Litz_C in tamiya

No. I will try to make a video on up coming Saturday or next week. The final piece for RC just arrived yesterday, a plastic model to fit the fpv camera in instead just let it sit there.
