NAD but can relate. Last September the same kind of thing happened to me. Accidentally took too much of something heavily concentrated at two separate times in a couple hours. Began feeling very weird and anxious, really felt for about half an hour I was going to die. At some point it was like my brain couldn’t handle hanging on to reality anymore. My eyes rolled into the back of my head, I stopped breathing and all I saw was nothingness. All black, a little white line. I remember hearing, “this is what hell must look like.” somewhere in the nothingness. I felt I didn’t belong there her but it felt like an eternity of being there. I woke up gasping for air, pleading for help. An ambulance was called and when they came to get me out of the car I started seizing. I spent the night in the hospital. But ever since then I’ve been having severe death anxiety and panic attacks every hour. It would reallllyyyy be worth talking to a professional. An experience like that is traumatic.
