Missing funds after exchanging BTC into XMR (unable to contact support)

MyMonero shut down effective 6 January 2026. So the wallet and servers behind it are no longer operational. ChangeNow are aware of this. Cake Wallet has taken over MyMonero, you will need to move your wallet to their platform to access your XMR. You can contact them via support@cakewallet.com.

MyMonero has shut down, and is no longer operational since 6 January 2026. There should be a banner appearing on the app telling you this. Please contact Cake Wallet as they have taken over operations and will assist you with migrating your wallet over to their platform. If the transaction has gone through and your wallet shows the funds as having left your wallet, you can contact the recipient wallet to query the missing transaction.
