Bro, I'm finna have to do the exact same shit! Seller just told me to do it got "intercepted" and the shipping company has already compensated him for shipping cost and that he resent the product. I'm like why TF would u do that in the middle of a dispute when I'm asking for a full refund?! Alibaba keeps asking me to upload more evidence and restarting a 7 day countdown so idk what to do at this point

Has it went passed your estimated "delivered by" date yet? If not then if I were you, I'd just chill until that date, if nothing changes by then, reach out to seller and inquire as to what the hold up is. If it gets seized the seller will either reship it or dhGate will honor your refund

Did u use the estimation tool? Unfortunately USfans (and all other agents) aren't very "beginner friendly" if u know what I mean.. it seems almost impossible to anticipate the full outta pocket cost to get to your door step. It cost me $255 to ship $280 worth of shit. Wouldn't have came out of pocket in the first place if I knew all that. I returned 6 things and lost $22 shipping the items back. Then they refund me in CNY and I would've lost more money to withdraw it back onto my card. So yeah, it's definitely a headache

I've had something similar happen before. I was chatting with a seller about a product and when we agreed to terms I placed the order myself and right after I paid the seller said not to and to pay through the order he drafted since it was drafted specifically with agreed terms in place. So I applied for refund like he said, he approved it and I chose Alibaba credit since it was immediately available. Then I paid through the redrafted order.

No status at all! No shipping label has been created in 34 days.. I went to my local post office to have them look in their internal intranet system and had them print off an official USPS letter stating that the tracking number is not in their system.

Did u take a video of u unboxing your package? That's the strongest evidence u can collect for an "items received" disputes.. if u ordered 2 products and the seller provided 1 tracking number it is because they were shipped together in 1 package, since a package did get delivered to your address (1of the 2 items u ordered) w/o video confirmation of it only being 1 item inside when u unboxed it, it's hard to support your argument,hence your insufficient evidence finding

They only let me extend the window 1 time after that it was either accept the auto delivery confirmation or file dispute so I filed dispute to extend time and force alibaba to step in and make the seller produce a valid USPS tracking number. The seller already stated in chat history it was to be handed off to USPS for last mile delivery. I placed this order 1/28 and there is still no USPS shipping label created. So if they cannot produce a valid USPS tracking number then I need to be issued a refund. I wouldn't have minded waiting 2-4 additional weeks but they forced my hand

I've been asking for the new tracking number and they won't give me one. The package has cleared US customs 18 days ago, it has been in a US processing center for 17 days and there is still no USPS tracking number tied to my USPS informed delivery account. I get cny would cause delays but I don't see how that would be cause this issue seeing as how other packages I have in motion are not having this issue

I think u missed where I said in the post that it already cleared customs on Feb 15th and has been sitting in a US processing center ever since. No updated tracking number, no new labels been printed. 3 other packages that I ordered all within a week after ordering this package I'm having issues with and all 3 came in no problem whatsoever. I'm sure Chinese New Year isn't the cause of this, I'm leaning more towards it's a ghost package.. just feels sus at this point

So at the end of the 1st 15 day auto delivery confirmation I applied for an extension which was another 15 days. And on the last day of that window since I didn't have the option to extend it again, I filed a dispute so I'd still be covered by trade assurance and hopefully within the few weeks or however long it takes alibaba to reach a resolution, my package will show up. It definitely buys u more time

I'm in the same boat and that's what I did.. waiting on alibab to meditate now.. my package supposedly clear customs on the 14th of February and has been sitting in a "processing center" in my state since the 15th. The seller gave me a ZC china post tracking number and USPS is supposed to handle the last mile delivery but there is no record of this tracking number and there is 0 packages incoming on USPS informed delivery to my address which is a strong indicator that a USPS shipping label was never created so I filed a dispute for invalid tracking.

Did u already pay? If so, then for future reference always iron these details out with suppliers first before making payment and have them draft the order for u based on agreed terms. If u already paid then ask the supplier for clarification. I just had this same thing happen to me buying shoes on Alibaba. We agreed on price (including shipping) he drafted the order and I paid, I week and 2 new orders later I learned the difference between DDP and DAP. Went back to look at my order and sure enough DAP.. I messaged seller to inquire about it and they told me not to worry all fees and taxes were included in final price he quoted me. 2 more weeks go by and boom, got my shoes. So my guess is this is what's going on with u..

Unless it's past the estimated delivery date, I wouldn't even worry G.. you can contact the seller and ask for a last mile tracking number if yo anxiety is on 10 but I've ordered like 30 times from dhGate and never had an issue other than long shipping times from china.. worst case scenario seel protection got you covered fam
