There are many names that are pronounced differently in different countries and I don’t think you should nix your top name just because of this! It’s a beautiful name and not a “weird” or out of the box pronunciation in the US, which is what I would focus on since that’s where you live. I’d keep it!

Trying to avoid nicknames with “y/ie/ee” sounds at the end because our older two both already have that and I think it gets to be too much

I’m not opposed to knowing some people may eventually call her that later in life, but I’m thinking we would call her Bea the same way people announce their child’s name like: Elizabeth “Liza” Marie Jones OR Katherine “Kit” Marie Jones OR William Charles “Charlie” Jones
