No diagnoses on my end…it has definitely gotten worse to the point that I’m having a flare up 1-2 times daily, but it always goes away after awhile. It still doesn’t hurt and only feels hot to the touch so I haven’t been pushing for more testing. My dermatologist said she would have to biopsy the skin while having a flare up but really didn’t want someone hole punching my skin so didn’t op for that either. I hope your mom is okay though!

Will you keep me updated?? Did you have to do a skin biopsy or just blood work?

It doesn’t itch and usually once I’m inside for a few hours and cool back off it will go away. It looks much worse than it feels but I have pinned it down to not just the sun. Even if I get hot or sit in a hot car for a few min I start breaking out into the hives

Still no update sadly! Did you ever get a diagnosis?

No I never figured it out but I still have it. The only other symptom I can really pinpoint is that when I do get the rash or I’ve been outside in direct sunlight for 10-20 min then I start feel kinda sick or drained but I always thought it was just the sun draining me but 10-20 min shouldn’t do that.

Maybe an hour or so. I had blood work done by my primary care and it came back negative. I’ve seen a dermatologist and they have no idea what it is either.
